Whether you’re new to contemplative practice or seeking to deepen your spiritual grounding, we invite you to join our co-Executive Director, the Rev. Matt Carriker and colleagues of Bethany House of Prayer for this retreat that explores the rich and varied branches of Christian contemplative tradition.
Inspired by the “Tree of Contemplative Practices”, the upcoming retreat will gently introduce the Ritual branch. The ritual branch is perhaps the most important of the seven branches in the Tree of Contemplative Practices. The ritual branch speaks to the ways that we integrate practices into our lives.
This retreat is designed to be accessible, spacious, and spiritually resonant–whether you come from a Christian background or are simply curious about contemplative ways of being. It offers a unique invitation to connect with the Divine, with others, and with your own inner wisdom.
Cost is $80, lunch included.
