Directions
Bethany House of Prayer is located at 181 Appleton St. in Arlington, MA 02476, six miles west of Cambridge. Our retreat house is on the grounds of the Order of St. Anne-Bethany on the corner of Appleton St. and Claremont Ave. We are accessible by car, bus, and the Minuteman Bikeway.
Driving:
Take Route 2 to Exit #58 Park Ave., Arlington Heights, Belmont. Turn onto Park Ave. toward Arlington Heights. Go 1/2 mile and pass through lights at Florence Ave., take next left onto Appleton St. Bethany House of Prayer is located at 181 Appleton on the corner of Appleton and Claremont.
The Chapel of St. Anne is located on Claremont. The Convent is located at 25 Hillside Avenue.
Public Transportation:
From Harvard Square or Alewife Station: Arlmont Village Bus: #78(runs daily) or #84 (runs Mon – Friday) to Appleton and Wachusett Avenue. Bethany House of Prayer is one block away.
Minuteman Bikeway: In Arlington Heights at the intersection of Park Ave and Mass Ave, proceed up the hill on Park Ave. for two blocks, taking a right onto Appleton St.
